I have the right to use the finished art as a means to promote myself (examples but not limited to: putting the art on my portfolio, posting them on my social media, making art prints, etc) unless stated otherwise (additional fee would be added)

no one is allowed to use my artwork as NFT/crypto/blockchain related material.

under no circumstances that my artwork is used to train AI or any future invention of these technologies.

payments are done 100% upfront after our discussion. I will give you a paypal invoice

For commissions above 100 usd, I accept (50/50) payment. 50% upfront and 50% after finished. I will not send the full resolution image before the payment is done completely.

Revisions are doable on the sketching phase. Unless its my fault, revisions after rendering will be charged extra.

I do not do refunds after the sketch phase. If you want to cancel please do so before I finish sketching, even then I will only give you 50% refund and cancel.

full refunds (the net amount I received after paypal transaction fee deduction) are applicable if I haven't start any of the work.
